UTIIPS
The UTGCI team spent one school year examining the universe
of international policy education and practice. They concluded that the prevailing
offerings at US universities are deficient in their ability to produce the
innovative and creative policy professionals so desperately needed to succeed
in an increasingly global and ever-changing professional environment. As a
result they recommend the University of Texas Institute for International
Policy Studies be created as a center dedicated meeting this need.
